Prayer to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary

As we celebrate the solemnity of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the memorial of the Immaculate heart of Mary, let us pray:

"Most Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary, we ask you to bless our homes, our community, our parish, our country and our world. Look with favour on Your people who call upon You with devotion to Your Most Sacred Heart and that of Your Mother's. Have pity on us in our weakness, help us in our conversion of heart, give us the courage we need to live out our faith, and restore peace in our families. We offer our own hearts to You, that You may have complete sovereignty over them. We offer our wills to you, that we may surrender our lives into Your keeping. Do with us what You will. May Your Sacred Heart guide us and protect us. May the Immaculate Heart of Mary purify our love and make us fit for Your kingdom. Live the love of Your Sacred Heart and the Immaculate Heart of Mary in our hearts forever! Amen.
